Coe's Thursday Forum explores musical nationalism
Musical nationalism is February's topic at Coe College's Thursday Forum lecture series for adult learners. Music Professor Marc Falk will examine the roots of musical nationalism and trace its development around the globe. "Third Grade Clay" featured in Coe art galleries
More than 1,200 third graders from 22 area elementary schools are displaying their artwork at Coe College as part of a unique collaboration between the college and the Cedar Rapids Community School District. "Third Grade Clay" runs through Sunday, Feb. 7 in the Marvin Cone and Eaton-Buchan Galleries of Sinclair Auditorium. Read More...
